These songs were released when the City Commission was rushing to buy the

Thornby property for 6.8 million Deltona tax dollars, for developing into a passive park.

But after much protest from the taxpayers, the City later was able to find a way

to buy the land at a cost of only 1.5 million Deltona tax dollars.

A savings of 5.3 million dollars for the taxpayers!
